Simple, tender, parmesan chicken

I've always loved chicken parm; the crunch and taste are delicious in my opinion.

While I'm used to soaking it in an egg breading, this recipe calls for butter instead.

Which I think makes the chicken even more flavorful.

Last night I made this for dinner, and it was a hit as usual. And it truly is simple to prepare and have ready within 30-40 minutes.

I modify the breading aspect by just using already seasoned Italian bread crumbs, rather than plain, and mixing that with parmesan cheese.

Simple and delicious Parmesan Chicken!
